Tandoori Curry - exotic blend of rice and vegies in a tangy yogurt sauce

Ingredients:
Rice, textured vegetable protein (soy flour), sauce [spray-dried cultured buttermilk, corn starch, autolyzed yeast extract (partially hydrogenated vegetable oil), salt, dextrose, soy sauce powder (soy sauce, dextrin), tomato powder, spices), lentils, onion, green beans, red bell pepper, mushroom, spice (maltodextrin).
Preparation:
1. Stir each pack of main ingredients into 3 1/2 cups of COLD water. Bring to a boil and gradually stir in one pack of sauce mix for each pack of main ingredients. Blend well.

2. Simmer uncovered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, adding hot spice to taste, and stirring often. Serve and enjoy !
