| Ingredients: |

Soy protein concentrate, partially hydrogenated corn and/or soybean and cottonseed oils, isolated soy protein, natural flavors, methycellulose, spices, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, malt extract, salt, dried garlic, sugar, beet powder, spices.

| Preparation: |
1. Add 1-1/4 cups of cold water to entire contents of the package and mix well - let stand to rehydrate for 15 minutes
2. Handle like ground beef, break and shape into 4 roughly equal patties
3. Cook in greased pan (Harvest Powdered Vegetable Shortening is useful for this) as you would with any burger, turning as neccessary, 2-3 minutes each side
4. Serve and Enjoy
