Pre-cooked long grain white rice, moong dal (lentil), chana dal (yellow split pea), tuvar dal (pigion pea), onion, tomato, green chilly, turmeric (haldl) powder, coriander powder, red chilly, salt and clarified butter (ghee).

Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to the curry mix stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water to each rice pack and stir. Pour the curry over the rice, serve and enjoy.
